Training Courses
iTaech You Learn scheduled courses are delivered at out training
centre. We run these course through out the year giving you
the opportunity to plan you training needs in advance.
- Class
sizes are between 4 and 6 delegates ( can be 8 depending
on course requirements)
- All
Classes are led by qualified staff .
- iTeach
You Learn Course Manuals workbooks are offered for delegates
to take away giving them opportunity for reference and practice.
- 30
day unlimited email support is offered for the course you
attend
- Lunch
and refreshments are served in a relaxed setting.
Private
Training Courses
iTaech You Learn scheduled courses are offered as private
courses with the same published course outline as in our public
training courses. Our courses can be customised to suit your
business personal needs. We can offer private training courses
at your premises or alternatively at another chosen location.

Customised
courses
All or courses can be customized to suit the needs of your
business. You can also hire our trainers and Notebooks computers
for other courses that you wish run on your site. We will
install the software and practice files . Please contact us

PAYMENT
( Training Courses and Workshops)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All
booked courses must be prepaid before commencing and cleared
at our bank .
- Course
/ training prices are displayed ex Vat
- Vat
is charged at 17.5%
- Payment
can be by Cheque , Bank Transfer or PayPal
- Credit
Card Payment carry a 2.5% surcharge
CANCELLATIONS
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations
by the Buyer or his agent must be received in writing prior
to the course commencing date.
Named
booked Delegates for courses can be substituted if the new
delegate is confident and capable to meet the criteria of
the intended Course Prerequisites
Cancellations
must be in writing
REFUND
POLICY TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations
in writing received 21 calendar days prior to course or workshop
start date will receive a 100% refund of course fees
Cancellations
in writing received 14 to 20 calendar days prior to course
or workshop start date will receive a 50% refund of course
fees.
Cancellations
received less than 14 days prior to course or workshop start
date will not qualify for a refund
COURSE AND WORKSHOP CHANGES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You Learn reserve the right to relocate, change, reschedule
or terminate any course or workshop and will advise directly
or through your agent
Where
an unavoidable reschedule is enforced Buyers will be offered
an alternative date, alternative course or a refund.
COPYRIGHT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
iTeach You Learn and our business partner's suppliers hold
all copyrights, intellectual rights to course material, courseware
and development. Buyers and there agents are not permitted
to use any of our courseware other than instructed for sole
use of individual delegates for revision and practice. Buyers
there agents and delegates must not photocopy or distribute
by any means course material sell, hire or use to implement,
train or run courses.
